How to Claim

Time limit: 28 days after your journey.
Which Tickets Count
Single, return and season tickets (weekly, monthly, annual and Flexi), eTickets, Touch smartcards, Oyster and contactless pay as you go, and Advance tickets.
How You Are Paid
Bank transfer (BACS), credit or debit card, cheque, National Rail vouchers, or a donation to Action for Children. Postal claims are limited to vouchers or cheques.
If South Western Railway Does Not Put It Right
