Community Partners
For libraries, advice centres, community groups, schools and employers who want to help people with consumer problems.
If the people you serve sometimes need help with a refund, a delivery, a subscription or a scam, we can give you free material to share. There is no fee, and you stay independent.
What We Offer, Free
Printable Sheets
Posters and one-page guides: your rights, a complaint checklist, spotting a scam and who to complain to. See the community toolkit.
Partner Pack
A short pack explaining who we are, how working together works, and a signposting guide for staff and volunteers.
Talks and Printed Copies
Ask us to talk to your group, or to send printed leaflets and posters. Tell us what you need on the form below.
How It Works
- You tell us about your organisation using the form below. We reply by email.
- We send what you ask for: files to print, or printed copies where we can.
- You share it with the people you serve. You decide how. You do not have to recommend us or give advice.
Our Promises
- We will not use your name or logo without your written permission.
- We do not pay or receive fees for referrals. If that ever changes, we will agree it with you in writing and tell people first.
- We will tell people about free routes first. We describe ourselves as independent, and we are not a law firm, regulator or government body.
- We do not give legal advice and we cannot guarantee any outcome.
- We tell you when we change anything that affects you, including if our paid service starts.
What We Ask
- Please do not describe CPUK as a regulator, a law firm or part of any public body.
- For debt, housing, employment, benefits, injury or crime, please point people to free specialist advice such as Citizens Advice. Our money worries page lists free debt help.
