Case Page and Staff Area
If you sign in to the case page, or if our staff sign in to the staff area, we set one session cookie so the website remembers you are signed in. It is strictly necessary for that service, is not used for tracking, and is removed when you close your browser or sign out. Your accessibility and template preferences are stored in your browser’s local storage only if you choose them, and are never sent to us.
Account Cookies
When you sign in to your account we use two small cookies that are strictly necessary: a session cookie that keeps you signed in until you close your browser or leave it idle for a few hours, and a cookie named cpuk_in that only tells our menu to show "My account". Neither is used for tracking or advertising. They are removed when you sign out. Your Simple view choice is stored on your device only.
