How to Cancel

  1. Sign in on the NOW website (desktop, laptop or tablet recommended) and open My Account.
  2. Go to 'Membership & Payment'.
  3. Select the membership you want to remove.
  4. Click 'Cancel membership' (or 'Cancel viewing experience') and follow the prompts.
  5. Expect a confirmation email within about 3 hours.

Useful to Know

  • Cancel only works on the website, not the app or NOW Smart Stick.
  • Each membership on an account must be cancelled separately.
  • EE TV customers cancel via EE; Apple or Amazon billed subscriptions via those platforms.

Your Rights, Whoever the Company Is

  • If you signed up online or by phone, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period (with exceptions, for example where you have already started using digital content).
  • If you were charged after a free trial and the renewal or price was not made clear, ask for a refund and say so in writing. Your card provider can help if the company will not.
  • You can ask your bank to stop a card or Direct Debit payment you have cancelled. Keep your cancellation proof.
  • If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another app store, you must cancel there, not with the company.

Free letters: cancel and stop payments, free trial turned into paid, cancel a gym membership.
