Real figures from our own cases. We publish them only when there are enough to be meaningful.
We would rather show nothing than show a number that flatters us. This page fills in automatically once we have closed enough real cases.
We are a new service. We do not have enough closed cases yet to publish meaningful figures. When we do, they will appear here with the definitions below.
How We Count
- Cases closed: cases we have worked on and closed, from our own records. Free reviews and enquiries that did not become cases are not counted.
- Closed with a result: cases that did not close with “no result”. A result can be a refund, repair, replacement, payment or another outcome the customer accepted.
- Reported as received: money that customers have told us they actually received. It is a customer report, not a promise or an estimate.
- Average days: time from the day a case was opened to the day it was closed.
- Ratings: only from published reviews of real cases, shown only once there are at least five.
Results depend on the facts of each case. Past results do not guarantee a future outcome. Read what customers have said on our reviews page.
CPUK is preparing an optional paid service in which we would handle a case for you and charge a success fee only if you recover money. It is not available yet. All our free tools, guides and templates stay free.
