How to Claim

- by post using a downloadable form to its freepost address
Time limit: 28 days of travel.
Which Tickets Count
Single, return and season tickets (season tickets are worked out separately). Advance tickets are covered if the service was cancelled or delayed.
How You Are Paid
Bank transfer (BACS), credit or debit card, cheque, National Rail vouchers, Hull Trains e-vouchers, or a charity donation.
If Hull Trains Does Not Put It Right
Hull Trains is listed by the Rail Ombudsman. Allow the train company 40 working days to resolve your complaint, or until it sends a final response (deadlock letter) if that comes sooner, then you can take it to the Rail Ombudsman. See the full Hull Trains complaints guide.
