Energy and Water Complaints

Complain to your energy supplier or water company in writing first. For energy, if it is not sorted within 8 weeks, or you get a deadlock letter, you can go to the Energy Ombudsman, which is free. For water, after a final response or 8 weeks, go to the Consumer Council for Water, which is also free.
