How to Cancel Microsoft 365

- Microsoft's UK page says Microsoft 365 is refundable within 30 days of purchase or before the first recurring billing date, whichever is sooner; this doesn't affect your legal rights. Cancelling doesn't automatically mean a refund.

How to Cancel
- Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365
- Select 'Cancel subscription' (or 'Upgrade or Cancel')
- Review the information shown
- Choose 'I don't want my subscription' to confirm
Useful to Know
- Cloud storage drops to 5GB after cancelling
- If bought via Apple, Google or a retailer, cancel with them
Your Rights, Whoever the Company Is
- If you signed up online or by phone, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period (with exceptions, for example where you have already started using digital content).
- If you were charged after a free trial and the renewal or price was not made clear, ask for a refund and say so in writing. Your card provider can help if the company will not.
- You can ask your bank to stop a card or Direct Debit payment you have cancelled. Keep your cancellation proof.
- If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another app store, you must cancel there, not with the company.
