- Go to Membership details

Your Rights, Whoever the Company Is
- If you signed up online or by phone, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period (with exceptions, for example where you have already started using digital content).
- If you were charged after a free trial and the renewal or price was not made clear, ask for a refund and say so in writing. Your card provider can help if the company will not.
- You can ask your bank to stop a card or Direct Debit payment you have cancelled. Keep your cancellation proof.
- If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another app store, you must cancel there, not with the company.
Free letters: cancel and stop payments, free trial turned into paid, cancel a gym membership.
