How to Cancel Amazon Prime (UK)

How to Cancel
- On desktop go to amazon.co.uk/gp/primecentral.
- Hover over 'Manage Membership' (top right) and click 'End Membership'.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
- On the app: Profile > Account Settings > Prime membership > Manage Membership > End Membership.

Your Rights, Whoever the Company Is
- If you signed up online or by phone, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period (with exceptions, for example where you have already started using digital content).
- If you were charged after a free trial and the renewal or price was not made clear, ask for a refund and say so in writing. Your card provider can help if the company will not.
- You can ask your bank to stop a card or Direct Debit payment you have cancelled. Keep your cancellation proof.
- If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another app store, you must cancel there, not with the company.
