How to Cancel Adobe Creative Cloud

- For most plans, a full refund applies if you cancel within 14 days of initial purchase. After that, check Adobe's subscription terms for fees or refunds.

How to Cancel
- Sign in at account.adobe.com
- Find your plan under Plans and payment and select Manage plan
- Click 'Cancel your plan' under Available actions
- Give a reason and confirm
Useful to Know
- You can't cancel while a payment is processing or failing; wait 24 hours
- Access continues to the end of the billing period
- If bought through Apple, Google or Microsoft, cancel there
Your Rights, Whoever the Company Is
- If you signed up online or by phone, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period (with exceptions, for example where you have already started using digital content).
- If you were charged after a free trial and the renewal or price was not made clear, ask for a refund and say so in writing. Your card provider can help if the company will not.
- You can ask your bank to stop a card or Direct Debit payment you have cancelled. Keep your cancellation proof.
- If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another app store, you must cancel there, not with the company.
