Photographer or Event Supplier Did Not Deliver

A photographer, caterer or other event supplier must carry out the service with reasonable care and skill, and within a reasonable time if no date was agreed. If it does not deliver, ask for it to be put right or for a price reduction or refund. If you paid by card, your card provider may help.
